The complete renovation of approximately 22,000sft outpatient surgery center within an existing medical plaza. As General Contractor, Harmon coordinated and supervised renovation scopes consisting of metal framing, gypsum board, casework, doors and hardware, flooring, painting, and complete MEP systems. Most notably, Harmon successfully mitigated challenges such as the installation of a new power generator and construction within an occupied space
