Build-out of current shell spaces and renovation of existing areas within Riley Simon Family Tower structure.  Renovation scopes shall take place in the Lower Level through 7th floor as well as existing mechanical areas.  The project is phased to allow full-time operation of the facility and to limit the overall impact on the users and patients. 

Additionally, Harmon Construction performed carpentry scopes including infection control and casework.
