Workforce
Harmon Construction, Inc. is a union contractor signatory in Indiana and Kentucky. This pool of labor resources ensures your project is going to be properly staffed and able to maintain the construction schedule. All projects have a dedicated project superintendent who serves as our liaison in the field. Our field crews are very experienced at the types of work we do. Most of our superintendents have been with the company more than 15 years.
Safety
As stated in our Safety Manual, safe practices are important to the success of Harmon Construction, Inc. as we strive to provide our customers with safe economical construction services. Management drives our safety efforts and promises to provide a safe place for all employees to work. Employee training is critical to workplace safety.
